With current life and work demands people are more inclined to purchase food that is ready for consumption. Being that most are fast foods that are full of preservatives and other stuff, we are more likely to gain weight.
Fast food lacks the full vitamins and nutrients needed to maintain our bodies at optimal levels. This is where vitamin deficiency comes into play.
Have you ever visited your physician 👩⚕️ only to discover a deficiency? We already know the how to correct our error. Or at the very least decrease the probability of an occurrence. Eat more fruits 🍌 🍎 🍉 and vegetables 🍅 🌽 🌶 daily.
