More frequently than not, we are hearing stories of individuals suffering from an unhealthy gut. This syndrome has several reasons: genetics, diet, medications, dehydration, eczema, diarrhea, rashes, stomach pain, and food intolerances.
We need a healthy gut for our bodies to function correctly. Poor gut health is considered one of the major causes of autoimmune disease(s). Take back your power or take preventative action.
Without proper care, you may find yourself with a leaky gut. Factors that get in the way are too much sugar, alcohol abuse, high stress, exhaustion, eating too fast (not chewing food properly), suffering from constipation, bloating, and gas. Unwelcomed weight gain is almost certain to occur.
Leaky Gut: The lining of your gut has damage with holes. They are allowing food and toxins to enter with ease and causing you to get avoidable illnesses. Inflammation plagues the intestinal tract.
So what can you do to resolve an unhealthy gut? Are you doing everything in your power to make positive lifestyle changes in your diet? Have you created a food journal/diary to track your progress? Do you want to be forced to take countless over-the-counter medications for the rest of your life?
Start by eating fermented foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, pickles, and drinking apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar requires a tablespoon to be added to a full glass of water to drink.
Steer clear of ingesting an abundance of sugar products. Make it a point to drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily. Do your best to get 8 hours of sleep each night. Take your time and chew your food thoroughly. We want to maintain the good bacteria that exist within our guts. It is possible to reverse the food intolerances by creating better gut hygiene.
Build up a high-fiber diet. By doing so, you can have regular bowel movements. Your body will eliminate toxins through your waste. Sleep issues will fall by the wayside. Reduce or erase irritability—irradicating sluggishness. Weight loss will be enhanced and noticeable.
These methods are pretty helpful for children, teens, adults, and the elderly. Your time on this earth does not have to be an unpleasant one. Love your body, practice self-care daily. Build a better your or at the very least practice maintenance. Your body needs a tuneup just like a car. Become the mechanic of your own body. It is your responsibility.
Living a holistic lifestyle is not a bad idea. If you are genuinely suffering or symptoms get worse, see our physician immediately. Practice taking care of yourself to reduce the need to visit the doctor for significant issues. Consider them to be avoidable problems. It is not too late to make the change.
