Bentonite Clay is a multi-functional natural product. It comes from volcanic ash. When it is mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar it is a holistic powerhouse.
As for myself, this magnificent clay works for my hair, skin, aches and pains, bruises, mosquito bites, tired legs, and feet.
What have you used it for? Will you give it a try? Just thinking about the ways I have come to rely on the clay is amazing. Everything I use it for has substantial improvements.
Why use it on hair?
Consider all of the products you use on your hair: shampoo, conditioners, oils, balms, creams, holding products, gel, sprays. Can you say, “product buildup?” Worry no more, my friends.
Let the clay on your wet hair for about 10 – 15 minutes, rinse. Your hair will feel clean. It brings you back to basics. Back to your hair’s original state. You can expect any product you add to your hair afterward will penetrate the strands better. Helping hair care products to do their jobs.
Bentonite clay conditions the hair. It should not be used often or it can lead to brittleness. For those of you who have curly or natural coils, your strands will be elongated and manageable.
If you are standing on your feet for long periods at a time consider applying some clay for relief. You will have more energy in your step. Muscles become loose and comfortable.
Make a small batch and apply directly to any area that has irritation. Leave it on for about 20 – 30 minutes then wash off. The bites will shrink and the redness goes away. The same can be said about acne.
Banish Blemishes

Acne scars and minor scrapes and fade rapidly. Wounds diminish after about 1-3 days; the scars shrink. This can easily become the go-to product in your home. Also, try the clay to fix a stiff neck.
Brain Fog
On those days when you feel out of sorts simply o apply some to your temples. Wash it away after about 10 minutes. Feel free to reapply as needed. Mental clarity should resume shortly afterward. Headaches sufferers can also benefit from this method.
